• We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
• Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping:  to 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 5 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Hello Kitty Plug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• Hello Kitty Plug is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:

• We ship INTERNATIONALLY 

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
